The participating organizations have cooperated for many years via personal contacts between many researchers, active participation in the international events, meetings and groups (European Brewery Convention congresses and symposiums, membership in the Brewing Science Group, etc.). These activities led to establishing mutual organizational relationships, that resulted in further strengthening of the interactions through:

Active participation of researchers from the Universities and partner organisations in the conferences and symposia organised by the individual units: School of Fermentation Technology in Krakow, Trends in Brewing at KU Leuven, Young Scientists Symposium, International Brewing & Engineering Congress (VLB) Symposium of brewing and malting at UGhent.
